Check Out The Main Draw, Fixtures For CBN Open (Full Draw)

The Main Draw for the 42nd Edition of the Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) Tennis Championship has been released.

Nigeria Tennis Live gathered that the draw was concluded on Sunday evening, much to the relief of some players.

The draw pits the experienced (seeded) players against the unseeded, as well as those who came into the Main Draw through the qualifying rounds.

Sylvester Emmanuel, Joseph Imeh and Abdulmumin Babalola, the number one, two and three seeds, may have had good draws to start the competition.

Sylvester takes on UK-based Andu Mukhtar in a tricky tie while Imeh will battle Augustine Stephen, who made it to the main draws through the qualifying rounds.

The legendary Babalola who is chasing a record-equaling seventh title will battle Lagos-based Michael Ayoola in what may be a battle between generations.

Apart from the Men’s Draw, our correspondent also got a grasp of the Women’s Draw as well as the order of play for the opening round of matches as expectations rise.
